The DOGODA complex is in a unique place where several natural environments smoothly replace one another. On one side is a huge pine forest, beautiful in any season, stretching for many kilometres. On the other is the valley of the Irpin River, where wide floodplains to the horizon give incredible sunset landscapes.
DOGODA itself stands on the forest edge, where some of the houses are hidden among spreading pines and others stand in a birch grove. The hilly terrain makes the views from every window unique in its own way.
