Café-bakery “Innocent Cat”

The café-bakery "Innocent Cat" is not just another location where you can eat well; "Innocent Cat" is a place with its own history, which has become a real symbol of resilience and is now located at two addresses at once, as if with its own shadow of war. The building that housed the former restaurant in Irpin was destroyed by the occupiers, so the project had to be opened in another place, now as a café-bakery. Now at "Innocent Cat" you can have a tasty breakfast and lunch, try yeast-free pastries and healthy desserts, and drink handmade kombucha. The café-bakery also cares for all its visitors, so the emphasis is on healthy eating and there is a menu for vegetarians and vegans! The war left a big mark on this place, but that did not stop it from continuing to work, and now in the café you can see artefacts of war that have already become part of its history and symbols of our resilience. 

"Innocent Cat" has been volunteering since the start of the war and is currently helping refugees in Irpin (from Kherson, Mariupol and other cities of Ukraine). You can also help the establishment with your orders, by sharing information on social networks so that more people learn about it, or even by helping to create an online platform to ease its work, because the innocent cat is sure that even the smallest good deed has a huge impact on society. We should be united and open to helping others, especially now!
