The National Museum-Reserve of Ukrainian Military Achievements, formerly known as the National Museum-Reserve 'Battle for Kyiv in 1943,' is an important cultural and research museum dedicated to the military events of 1943, including the crossing of the Dnieper, the establishment of the Lutiz bridgehead, and the Kyiv offensive operation.
Over the years of its existence, it has gained popularity among 10 million visitors from 85 countries. Here, history comes alive through permanent and traveling exhibitions, rallies, veterans' meetings, and various other events.
Since 2014, the museum has been celebrating the heroism of the participants in the Revolution of Dignity, the conflict in eastern Ukraine, and the full-scale invasion. In 2023, the institution received a new name, the 'National Museum-Reserve of Ukrainian Military Achievements,' reflecting its significance and role in honoring Ukraine's military heritage.
