Chornobyl self-settlers are people who have come back to their homes after the evacuation and continue to live in the Chornobyl zone. Now there are about 100 people living in abandoned villages or in the city of Chornobyl. The average age of self-settlers is 75-80 years.
Visit babushkas and dedushkas of Chornobyl (old people of Chornobyl) to hear the reminiscence of their life before the accident, about the evacuation and their present life. The self-settlers always welcome guests warmly and they are happy that they are not forgotten.
