The MITSUBISHI L200 is ideal for travelling thanks to the Super Select 4WD-II permanent all-wheel-drive system. It offers a choice of four transmission modes, depending on the conditions and the type of road surface:
- 2H or rear-wheel drive;
- 4H — driving with permanent all-wheel drive;
- 4HLc — all-wheel-drive mode with the rear differential locked;
- 4LLc — all-wheel-drive mode with the centre differential locked and low range engaged.
Depending on the mode the car is in, you can choose between seven settings to adapt it to different types of road surface: sand, gravel, rocks and so on.
The Off Road Mode system lets you select an off-road mode. This is very easy to do with a special button. This function optimises the operation of the engine, brakes and other systems for better off-road ability. This way the L200 easily overcomes any obstacles.

The MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER is equipped with a variety of safety systems that help in traffic jams, when parking and in other situations. They work thanks to sensors, radars and cameras.
