An exceptionally interesting and educational course awaits you, allowing you to take an exciting journey through millennia of human history with the help of archaeology – a science in which adventure and hard work, great finds and discoveries are interwoven. It is a science limited neither to a particular era nor to a particular country. Archaeology revolutionised historical science, because it broadened history’s spatial horizon.
The aim of the “Archaeologist School” educational programme is to deepen pupils’ knowledge of the earliest history of humankind, the ancient history of their native city and of all Ukraine, and to raise active promoters of history and culture by developing “monument-protection awareness”, respect and love for the past of their Homeland.
