Exhibition “Flowers of Feelings”

A solo exhibition by the Rzhyshchiv artist Liudmyla Hanushevych, “Flowers of Feelings”, is opening at the Rzhyshchiv Archaeological and Local History Museum – a bright artistic event that gives viewers colour, emotion and genuine inspiration.

Liudmyla Hanushevych is a Rzhyshchiv native who lives and works in our town on the banks of the Dnipro. It is the landscapes of Rzhyshchiv, its hills, the Dnipro expanses and the special atmosphere of the ancient town that inspire the artist and are reflected in her paintings.

Her path in art is unusual: by education she is a process engineer, for a long time she was engaged in business, and she came to painting relatively recently – in 2017. Yet in a short time her works have become recognisable, and exhibitions have begun to be held in museums, galleries and art spaces across Ukraine.

The artist’s paintings have been exhibited in various art spaces – from museums and galleries to All-Ukrainian exhibitions at the Central House of Artists and cultural venues in Kyiv. Her works are also kept in private collections not only in Ukraine but also abroad.

In Liudmyla Hanushevych’s work, colour and emotion come first. She works boldly with paint, sometimes even painting with her fingers, to better feel the texture and convey the living energy of the canvas. That is why her paintings are filled with light, movement and deep mood.

We invite you to visit the exhibition “Flowers of Feelings” and to get to know the work of a talented Rzhyshchiv artist, in whose paintings the colours of nature, sincere emotions and love for her native land come alive.

The exhibition will open on 17 March 2026 as part of the literary and artistic project “Lina’s Readings”. We invite everyone to join a curator-led tour of the exhibition hall.

The exhibition runs until 31 March. We look forward to seeing you!
