The arboretum is located on the elevated bank of the Unava River. In the area you can see trees of natural flora, among them many old specimens, as well as exotic species of trees and shrubs. Canadian hemlock, Douglas fir and Matsuda willow grow here. In addition, the European yew grows here, which is listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine.
