“Nature Snail”, founded in 2017, specialises in raising two kinds of Mediterranean snails, chickens, turkeys, mulard ducks and trout. Today it is the place where you can try the largest number of snail dishes in Ukraine: snails Burgundy-style, with Provençal herbs, with porcini mushrooms, with Dorblu cheese and so on, and also taste snail caviar, fillet and snail gratin with mushrooms. You can also treat yourself to a tasting of delicate escargots with wine and have fun at the snail races.
