The site is located in Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district on the outskirts of the village of Lisnyky and covers an area of 3.35 ha. It was declared by decision of the Kyiv Oblast Council of the 4th convocation of 27.10.2005, No. 310-26-IV. The area is characterised by high steep slopes and a marshy bottom. A large population of the rare orchid fleshy-red marsh orchid (Dactylorhiza incarnata), listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine, has been found here.
