About the place
This English-style city park with an area of 52 ha was opened in 2011 to commemorate the 110th anniversary of Bucha city. The park area comprises lakes, furnished with a fountain and embankment, cycle tracks, a skate park, an extreme park, a children’s playground and a lot of cozy cafes.
Luxurious flowerbeds, a cherry blossom alley, a lilac alley and a magnificent century-old oak are real embellishments of the park. Nature seamlessly combines with architectural structures, styled in European traditions, such as a colonnade at the entrance, a romantic rotunda, a French courtyard with a statue of the Greek goddess Aphrodite. A lot of sculptures are concealed all over the park, including those depicting fantastic and folklore characters or the newly emerged steampunk-styled ones.
You can ride through the park in a children’s railway car, passing through the miniature Tunnel of Love. Bicycle, toy vehicle and scooter rentals are also available here.
The park constantly renovates, new recreation and entertainment areas are being created.
It often becomes a venue for various events and festivals.
