A historic estate from the early 20th century, located in the city of Bucha at 133 Kyievo-Myrotska Street. Built by engineer Yevhen Shtamm, an advisor to the Kyievo-Kovel railway, it stands as a vivid example of suburban architecture in the Neo-Romanesque style. The main building, designed as a mock castle with towers and intricate brickwork, once graced a large parkland property.
The estate has a rich history: from a private summer residence and school for local children to an orphanage and later a sanatorium. After a fire in 2004, the structure fell into disrepair, but in 2019 it was officially listed as a cultural heritage site. Today, the Shtamm Estate remains a little-known but valuable historical gem of the Kyiv region, deserving preservation and restoration.
