Central Park is one of the most popular recreational areas in Irpin, located at the intersection of Universytetska and Literaturna Streets Opened on June 15, 2016, the park covers approximately 6 hectares, making it one of the largest and most modern public spaces in the city.
The park was developed on the site of a former pine forest, preserving its natural atmosphere and mature trees. A network of walking paths blends harmoniously with green lawns, ornamental trees, shrubs, and flower beds, creating a comfortable environment for walking and relaxation.
The park features numerous benches, modern lighting, decorative bronze, stone, and wooden sculptures, as well as an artificial lake with a fountain. For active recreation, there are children's playgrounds and sports facilities, while specially equipped picnic areas with wrought-iron deer-shaped barbecue grills are available for visitors.
The park is conventionally divided into two sections. One of them is home to the Church of the Hieromartyr Volodymyr, Metropolitan of Kyiv and Halych, which harmoniously complements the architectural ensemble and gives the area a distinctive atmosphere.
Today, Central Park is one of the main leisure destinations for both residents and visitors of Irpin, combining the natural beauty of a pine forest with modern infrastructure and comfortable facilities for family recreation, active pursuits, and peaceful relaxation.
