Known to everyone largest ostrich farm in Ukraine, has turned into a family eco-park with a large selection of entertainment for a comfortable vacation with family and friends.
Only 25 km from Kyiv, in the village of Yasnohorodka, there is the first breeding ostrich farm in Ukraine - "Ostrich Valley". More than 400 birds from all over the world live on the territory of about 20 hectares. The visit includes an excursion (individual or group) lasting about half an hour.
There is also a zoo on the territory, where you can see peacocks, owls, ducks, turkeys, fighting roosters, as well as deer, llamas, alpacas, camels, pigs, raccoons, rabbits, sheep, etc. Most animals can be fed with fodder that is sold at a place. In the contact zone you can reach the animals closer.
Ecopark also has its own vineyards, a winery, a cellar with a museum and a tasting room.
The ecopark also has a children's amusement park "Yasnograi" for active outdoor activities. Various attractions are collected here, and every child will find something to do, from bicycles to football. There is also a play area with various outdoor activities, a mine-labyrinth, trampolines, extreme zip-line descent from top to bottom on a belay, animators work on weekends with interesting contests and games.
The Ferma restaurant is located on the premises, where you can taste signature dishes made from products grown here on the farm. These include exclusive dishes made from meat and eggs of ostriches, grilled dishes made from the meat of local animals and traditional dishes of the national cuisine, etc. There are separate banquet halls for loud and private celebrations, and in summer there is a large outdoor barbecue area.
From May to September a family pool complex is open here, which includes 6 separate pools: 2 for children and 4 for adults, equipped with a water heating system. The pool food court offers a menu of ostrich specialties, pizza, burgers and a variety of drinks and cocktails.
For the night, you can stay in a picturesque and comfortable glamping, which consists of furnished and electrified tents of increased comfort, one large tent with a cooling system, as well as a covered lounge area and a comfortable area for an evening bonfire. From the summer of 2024, a full-fledged hotel with comfortable houses will be operational.
