The Holy Trinity Cathedral, an Orthodox church in Yahotyn, was built in 1800 on the initiative of Oleksii Razumovsky, son of the hetman of Left-Bank Ukraine Kyrylo Razumovsky, to a design by the famous architect Mykola Lvov.
Taras Shevchenko mentioned the Trinity Cathedral in his work “The Twins” and in his “Diary”. The cathedral and bell tower were destroyed in 1936. The church was rebuilt in 1999–2016.
